Quapaw Fried Rabbit

1 Rabbit skinned and washed
1 c Flour
1 ts Salt
Pepper to taste
Cooking oil
1 Onion, diced
Juice of 1/4 lemon


Cut rabbit up in pipeces desired. Roll pipeces in misture of flour, salt, and peppper. Brown rabbit in 4 T. cooking oil. Add diced onions and lemon juice. Cover and cook until done.
