Low Calorie Dressing
1 c Plain yogurt
1 cl Garlic; crushed
1 ts Salt
1 ts Mint; chopped*
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 Medium cucumber
Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over tossed greens. *If using dried mint, decrease to 1/2 t.
