Beurre Maitre D'hotel

1/4 lb Sweet butter
1 ts Fresh lemon juice (amount may be doubled)
1 tb Freshly minced parsley
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper


Soften the sweet butter. Mix in fresh lemon juice, freshly minced parsley, salt and freshly ground pepper. Makes 1/2 Cup
