Basic Blender Mayonnaise

1 Egg; whole, at room temperature
2 tb Wine vinegar at room temperature
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
3/4 c Vegetable oil at room temperature
Pepper to taste

Place egg, wine vingegar, salt, mustard in machine at low speed and add 1 T. oil. Whiz and then add remainder of oil in a slow stream till thick. * Oils preferred: peanut, safflower, soy.
