No Bake Fruitcake

2 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. can cream
6 tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. cut up nuts
1 c. mixed candied fruit
3/4 c. cut up dates
3/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. cherries, candied
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves


Put marshmallows, cream, and orange juice concentrate in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Take off heat. Stir in nuts, candied fruit, dates, raisins, and cherries. Stir in a mixture of 4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs, then add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Press firmly into a 5-6 ring mold or loaf pan lined with waxed paper. Cover tightly. Chill 2 days.
