No Bake Cherry Cheesecake

1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (thawed)
2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling*
14 whole graham crackers


Prepare pudding with milk as directed. Let stand 5 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Line 9 inch square pan with graham crackers. Spread 1/2 pudding mix on crackers. Top with another layer of crackers, then other half of pudding mixture. Spread pie filling all over top. Chill 3 hours. *Blueberry pie filling may also be used.
