Old Fashioned Breakfast Sausage
1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each ground thyme, black pepper, and sage
Dash of garlic salt
Combine salt and spices, sprinkle over ground meat, mix thoroughly. Form into patties or stuff into casings. Patties can be fried, casings can be smoked then boiled and fried.
