Maple Cream Candy
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick soft butter
1 tbsp. maple cream flavor
2 tbsp. water
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 bar of paraffin wax
Mix well until smooth, shape into small balls. Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper. Makes about 50.
