1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon grated lime rind
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Combine ingredients and blend well.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Especially good with seafood or serve over fresh fruit salad.
Makes 1 cup.
