1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice; (3 lemons)
2 tb Chopped scallions (white and light green parts)
2 tb Chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 lg Garlic clove; minced
1/4 ts Coarse salt
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
In small bowl, or glass jar with tight fitting lid, combine all
ingredients. Whisk or shake until well blended.
