1 1/3 cups salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 medium garlic clove -- minced
Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until combined.
Chill before serving.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
