Hot and Sweet Mustard

4 egg -- lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 can dry mustard -- (2 oz)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted

Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes).

Cool and pour into container. Store in refrigerator.
