2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 big tbsp. shortening
1 cake yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
7 c. flour
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, adding 1 cup of flour at a time, be sure each cup is well blended before adding the next. Let rise until double in bulk, work down, and let rise again. Make buns and let rise again. Put in well greased pans and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can also put in greased loaf pans. Makes 3 loafs of bread.
