Golden Garden Cheese Dip
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped pimento
Combine cheese cubes and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with assorted vegetables or crackers. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
