5-6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 sm. cans green chilies, chopped
2 sm. cans chopped black olives
6 tbsp. olive oil
4-6 tbsp. wine vinegar
2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together; season according to your taste. Serve with Mexican chips. Keep in refrigerator - stays fresh several days. Also delicious on omelettes and all Mexican dishes.
