Best Ever Homemade Rolls

1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. cold water
2 eggs
6 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt


Pour boiling water over sugar and butter in large mixing bowl. When cool, add yeast dissolved in cold water. Stir in beaten eggs. Add flour and salt. Beat well. Store in refrigerator for several hours Remove dough as needed. Shape as desired. Place in greased baking pan. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Then raise temperature to 425 degrees until golden brown.
