Basic Crepes

2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt


TIP: If you wish to freeze crepes, make several batches at a time. To freeze: layer crepes in aluminum foil and wrap (in aluminum foil). Date, label an freeze. To heat, place wrapped crepes on baking sheet. Bake in 325 degree oven until hot, 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 8 or 9 crepes.
