Basic Cream Cheese Mints For Use In All Flexible Molds

1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 or 3 drops of oil of peppermint
Food coloring
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar


Place all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Knead for 10 minutes. Place small ball into granulated sugar. Put sugar side down into cavity of mold. Pressing, unmold.
