Basic Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon style-style mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley -- chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano -- crushed
1 dash kosher salt to taste
1 dash black pepper to taste

Combine the orange and lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a glass bowl.

Whisk in the oil a little at a time. Add remaining ingredients.

Chicken breasts should marinate 3 to 4 hours. Wings 4 to 6 hours.
