2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Beat eggs until light; beat in sugar. Sift together salt and flour and add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Let stand 1 hour. Melt butter in 9 x 12 1/2 x 2 inch baking pan. Pour in pancake batter. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into serving pieces and serve at once. Serve with: lingonberry, applesauce, syrup. Serves 4 to 6.
