Asian Marinade (For Fish)

1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 scallion -- sliced thin (about 2 tbs)
ground black pepper to taste


Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.

Then grill for about 8 minutes.
