2 lg. apples
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
Heat oven to 500 degrees. Peel and slice apples. Saute in butter in an ovenproof casserole or pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over apples and place in hot oven. When pancake is raised and nearly done, dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and combination of white and brown sugar. Put back into oven until brown. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.
