1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. thick applesauce
1/2 tsp. vanilla
In medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Spoon batter, approximately 3 tablespoons each pancake, onto greased hot griddle. When edges are lightly brown, turn. Makes 10 pancakes.
