10 pounds avocados -- (about 20)
3/4 pound black olives -- chopped 3 cups
1/2 cup green onion -- sliced
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup salsa
1 1/2 tablespoons salt -- (to taste)
Mash avocados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or seasonings as desired.
Makes 1 gallon
