Artichoke Dip

2 (20 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese


Blend ingredients thoroughly. Scrape into a heat-proof dish that can be used for serving and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through and a crust forms. Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
