Artichoke Cheese Dip
4 oz. diced green chilies
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 (6 to 8 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Rinse artichokes and chop. Mix together all ingredients. Place in 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with chips or crackers. Serves 8.
