Apple Cobblers

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup water
sugar substitute to equal 2 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 small apples -- pared and sliced
2 teaspoons brown sugar -- firmly packed


In blender container, combine all ingredients except apples and sugar; process until well blended. In each of four 10-ounce custard cups, arrange 1/4 of the apple slices; top each with 1/4 of the bread mixture, then sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Microwave on High (100% power) 4 1/2-5 minutes or until hot and sugar is bubbly.
