Beef Flank Steak Marinade

1 2-1/2 lb flank steak
Marinade:
1 Bottle French dressing
5 tb Worstershire sauce
3 tb Red wine vinegar
1/4 c Oil (vegetable or olive)
3 -(up to) 4 Cloves garlic
1 ts Salt
1 pn Pepper


SLIGHTLY CUT LINES INTO THE STEAK and then again CROSSWIDTH; DO the same for the other side. Mix the ingredients above and pour over steak in a flat baking dish. Refrigerate over night; at least turn steak over once while marinating.

Get the coals the way you want them, pop on the steak, baste with it's marinade; cook it to your liking! If you want, you can still use that sauce poured on your steak for a gravy.

MARINATE OVERNIGHT
