3 c Beef broth
1 c Tamari or soy sauce
1/3 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Cooking oil
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Bottled hot pepper sauce
Combine broth, tamari or soy sauce, vinegar, oil, dry mustard,
paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and bottled hot pepper sauce in
a mixing bowl. Place meat into a heavy plastic bag set in a shallow
Pour marinade over meat. Seal bag and turn to coat meat well.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours, turning bag
Drain meat, reserving marinade, if desired. Grill meat. Cook
meat for half the time specified, brushing meat with the marinade.
Continue grilling for remaining time or to desired doneness. This
marinade bring out the flavor of meat or poultry. Makes about 4 3/4
