Impossible Creamed Peas and Ham Pie
10 oz Pkg. of frozen green peas
2 T Diced pimento
1 c Cubed, fully cooked smoked Ham.
1/3 c Half and half
1/2 c Bisquick
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 T Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 F. Grease pie plate 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Rinse peas
under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimento and
ham in plate. Beat half-and-half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper
until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand
beater. Pour inplate; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
