Low Fat Creamy Italian Dressing

1 Shallot
1 cl Garlic
1 tb Dijon mustard
Pepper; freshly ground
2 ts Italian seasoning
1 lg Green onion; green & white parts, cut into pieces
1 tb Lemon juice; fresh squeezed
1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Extra virgin olive oil
4 tb Sauvignon blanc wine; or other dry white wine
3 tb Chicken broth
1/2 c Fat free sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in blender. Puree until smooth; pour into bowl. Beat in sour cream with a fork until smooth. Pour into lidded jar. Chill for at least two hours.

Yield - 1.1/4 cups.
