1 Ripe avocado
1/2 Lemon's juice
1/4 c Plain cottage cheese
1 cl Garlic; peeled and chopped
2 tb Coriander leaves; chopped
1 Fresh green chili pepper; chopped (seeded for milder flavor)
1/2 ts Salt or to taste
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Scoop
out the flesh.
Put the lemon juice in a blender or food processor and add the
avocado along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until fairly
smooth, add a little water if necessary, to make blending easier.
Preparation takes 5 to 10 minutes.
