Bourbon Marinade

1 5-oz bottle soy sauce
1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c Bourbon
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Water


Place 6 steaks (NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin) in a large shallow glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over meat; cover with saran wrap and marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator.

Drain meat, discard marinade. Place on grill about 5 inches from medium-hot coals. Cook meat 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
