Green Goddess Dip

1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
2 ts Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Anchovy paste
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1/4 c Coarsely chopped parsley
1/4 c Sliced green onions
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Tarragon
1 pk (27 oz) Banquet frozen fried chicken wing, portions

Place all ingredients except chicken into blender container or food processor. Process until smooth. Chill several hours. Heat chicken wing portions on a cookie sheet in a 375 F oven for 25 minutes, until hot and crisp. Serve hot chicken with dip for appetizers.
