All-Purpose Salad Dressing

2 T Wine (preferably Cabernet Sauvignon or Chenin Blanc)
2 T Vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
1/2 c Olive oil
1/4 t Dried oregano
1/4 t Dried parsley
1 Garlic clove, finely minced


In small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended. Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly Whisk in oregano, parsley, and garlic. Use for dressing on mixed greens.
