Beer Marinade

1 c Beer
1 ts Brown sugar
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Onion salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard


Combine beer, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, and dry mustard in a small bowl. Place 3 to 4 lbs. meat into a heavy plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over meat. Seal bag and turn to coat meat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Drain meat, reserving marinade, if desired.

Grill meat. If desired, cook meat for half the time specified, brushing meat with marinade. Continue grilling for remaining time or to desired doneness. Makes about 1 cup.
