No Cook Tomato Sauce

4 lg Tomatoes; diced
2 c Chopped fresh basil
1/2 c Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 lb Spaghetti


Combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, olive oil, Parmesan, salt and pepper in large bowl.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions.

Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Add pasta and reserved cooking liquid to tomato mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
