Lemon and Mustard Dressing
1 ts Mixed French or German-style mustard
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 1/2 tb Fresh lemon juice
3 tb Salad oil; (use 1/2 light vegetable oil and 1/2 extra virgin olive oil)
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Mix the mustard and crushed garlic in a small dish then gradually add the
lemon juice, then add the oil, whisking with a fork briskly to combine.
