Garlic Flavored Fiddleheads
1 lb Fresh fiddleheads Or 1 pkg. frozen
6 Cloves garlic
2 Green onions
1 tb Soya sauce
1/2 ts Sugar
3 tb White wine
Cook fiddleheads in water or steam. Meanwhile in frypan heat some
butter and saute garlic till softened then add the sliced green
onions for the last 1/2 minute. Blend in the soya sauce, sugar and
wine. Coat the fiddleheads in the sauce and serve.
