Garlic Cocktail Olives

1 (7 oz.) jar stuffed green Olives, drained
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pitted ripe Olives, drained
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 Clove garlic, crushed
3 tb Olive oil
Salt and pepper


Combine all ingredients; cover and chill several days. Before serving, remove garlic and let olive mixture stand at room temperature several hours.
