Garlic and Cheese Toast (Parmesan Aioli)
1 c Light mayonnaise
2 md Cloves garlic, peeled, forced through a press
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
16 Slices ( 1/4-inch thick) French or Italian bread
Combine the mayonnaise, garlic and Parmesan.
Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast on one side under
a hot broiler.
Turn and spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toast and broil until
golden and bubbly.
