Blender French Dressing

2/3 c Oil
1/2 c Catsup
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Dry mustard

Blend on high speed until smooth, at least 2 minutes. It may need longer to achieve the right consistency.

Makes about 1 pint. Store in the refrigerator; shake well before using. This will have the best flavor if used within about 3 weeks.
