Barbecued Swordfish (Or Tuna) Marinade
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic
4 tb Ketchup
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
1/2 c Orange juice
1 ts Pepper
Mix all ingredients and marinate fish, 1-2 hours.
Brush or baste fish during barbeque. Cook approximately 20 minutes,
depending on thickness, until fish flakes. Delicious backyard treat!
