Indian Corn Sticks

1 c Cornmeal
1/3 c Flour
1 c Milk 1 Egg
2 tb Lard Melted
Mix cornmeal, flour, salt.
-Add milk, egg and
lg Beat until smooth. Fill
-well-greased
2 c Molasses
2 ts Salt


cornstick pans almost to the top (or pour into a greased 8 in. pan). Bake in a preheated 425o oven for 12 to 15 minuets. Serve with molasses or maple syrup.
