Impossible Fruit Pie

1 cn Fruit pie filling 16oz
1 3/4 c Bisquick
1/4 c Cooking oil
1 Egg
3/4 c Water


Preheat oven to 425~. Mix together the Bisquick, oil, egg and water. Pour the resulting batter into a 9" pie plate. Pour pie filling into the center of the batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Good eaten warm topped with ice cream.
