Force through a sieve, or whip in a blender, 1 cup cottage cheese,
1/4 cup milk, and 2 garlic cloves, crushed. Add a generous amount of
salt, and, if necessary, a little more milk to make a spread or a
dip. SERVE WITH CRUDITES. Carrots, summer squash, cucumbers.
