Catsup Hoisin Marinade for Barbecue Spareribs

1 tb Chinese red bean cheese
1/2 c Catsup
1/4 c Hoisin sauce
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt


Mash red bean cheese; then combine with remaining ingredients.

Rub mixture over spareribs and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Then roast.
