Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing
1/2 c Low-fat buttermilk
1/2 c Plain fat-free yogurt
3 tb White wine vinegar
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Coarse ground pepper
1/2 c Thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c Crumbled blue cheese; or 2 ounces
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until
blended. Stir in onions and cheese.
Yield: 6 1/4 cup servings
