Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes

1 c Quick-cooking oats
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 T Baking powder
1 c Skim milk
2 T Sugarless applesauce
4 Egg whites


In a bowl, combine the oats, flours and baking powder. In another bowel, combine milk, applesauce and egg whites; add to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a heated griddle coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook until bubbles appear on the top; turn and cook until lightly browned.

Yeild: 5 servings (2 pancakes each)
