1 c Coarsely chopped yellow bell pepper
1 c Coarsely chopped seeded peeled cucumber, (1 medium)
1/4 c Sherry vinegar
1 ts Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/8 ts Ground red pepper
2 1/4 lb Plum tomatoes, halved
6 Cloves garlic
4 Ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process
until smooth. Pour into a large bowl; cover and chill. Yield: 6
servings (serving size: 1 cup).
